The Personalised Care Plan
With Right at Home you will always know what services are being provided to your client. After our initial meeting with your client, we develop a Personal Care Plan for them. This plan is tailored to their specific needs, and we make detailed recommendations on exactly what kind of services we feel we can help with. We then provide your client with a copy of the Personal Care Plan and ask them to review it to ensure they are in agreement with it.
